6 eggs, separated
A pinch of salt
150 g sugar
6 tablespoons vegetable oil
Vanilla extract
Separate the egg whites from the yolks.
Beat the egg whites with a pinch of salt until soft peaks form. Gradually add the sugar while continuing to beat until you get a stiff meringue.
In a separate bowl, beat the egg yolks with the oil and vanilla extract until smooth.
Gently fold the egg yolk mixture into the meringue.
Finally, carefully fold in the flour using a spatula until just combined.
Pour the batter into a greased and floured cake pan and bake as desired.
