2 eggs
250 ml milk
250 g all-purpose flour
60 g melted butter (or oil)
2 tbsp sugar
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp vanilla extract
A pinch of salt
Mix the wet ingredients:
In a bowl, beat the eggs lightly. Add milk, melted butter, and vanilla extract. Mix well.
Combine the dry ingredients:
In another bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
Make the batter:
Gradually add the dry ingredients into the wet mixture, stirring until smooth and lump-free.
Cook the waffles:
Preheat your waffle iron and lightly grease it.
Pour enough batter to cover the surface (about 1/2 cup, depending on your waffle maker).
Close the lid and cook for 3–5 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy.
