Sour Cream Layer Cake (Smântănel )

Instructions:

  1. Mix ingredients into a soft dough, divide into 8–10 balls.

  2. Roll each into a thin sheet and bake on the back of a tray at 180°C (5–7 min each).

  3. Mix sour cream with sugar until smooth and fluffy.

  4. Layer: sheet – cream – sheet – cream...

  5. Chill for 12–24 hours to soften completely.
